1. Purpose

This kit is used for serum and urine Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct Quantitative detection of residues.

2. Principle

This kit uses a direct competitive ELISA method in microplate coated with Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct  coupled antigen, adding Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct   standard or samples, free Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct   and pore strips Pre-coated Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct   conjugated antigen compete against Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct   antibody enzyme marker color with TMB substrate, stop solution added after the color from blue to yellow, with a microplate reader detection wavelength at 450nm, the sample absorbance value and Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct  content is inversely proportional to the sample through the standard curve Aflatoxin Albumin Adduct  content.
